No. Your customers are given the option to select Float during the return process. The customer will have the opportunity to preview the return details prior to making a decision providing full transparency.
To start we have integrated with the largest ecommerce platform, Shopify. The integration process is quick, easy and out of the box. After installing the Float plugin from the e-commerce marketplace there are just a few quick steps to get Float up and running. We are actively working on integrating with other platforms and directly into POS systems.
As of now, there are no integrations, but Float works completely independently of any other platforms. We are exploring possible integrations with several popular return platforms and will communicate any future partnerships.
